• From the Owner Portal you can: Check your balance and Pay your dues 
• Receive important community information
• Adjust your notification preferences for email & text messages
• Submit neighborhood requests for maintenance 
• Access the Architectural Board Documents to submit a request 
• Contact the board about neighborhood concerns 
• Review Neighborhood documents: CC&R, Meeting Minutes, Financial Documents
• Receive notification of any violations

   3. Click Sign In 
   4. Please review and verify that all your personal contact information is correct. 
   5. To update your information - Click on the 3 lines at the top and then click on settings
   6. Update your information and Click Update Owner

• Annual HOA Fee from Jan 1 thru Dec 31 is $255.
• HOA Statements sent out in May for June 15th due date. 
• Payments can be made via the owners portal with ACH, credit card OR you can mail a check.

• $2.00 flat fee on ACH transactions
• 3.00% on Credit Card transactions

• $20 Chargeback Fee

• $5 Failed ACH/NOC (Notice of Change)
• $5 ACH Return
• $20 Representment fee 
• $1 Echeck Refund
