Guidelines to submit a request for a Resale Certificate

Resale Certificate requests must be submitted by a Real Estate Agent, Attorney Office, or Mortgage Lender.

Please submit the following information to start the process. Please also include your personal contact information: email and phone number, if we need additional information.

• Property Address
• Seller Names
• Anticipated date of closing
• EACH Buyer: Full Name, Current Address, Email Address, Cell Phone Number.

**If the property is being purchased by an LLC or business please include a mailing address.

General Resale Information:

• HOA Dues is $255 per year Jan 1 thru Dec 31. 
• HOA Statements sent out in May for June 15th due date. 
• Transfer Fee of $100
• Resale Certificate Fee $150.  *Additional fees may apply if complex property history. 
• Neighborhood Leasing/Rental Cap: 10% of neighborhood maximum of 20 houses.
